Processing & Packing

Items usually ship within 2-5 business days. Please allow 2 weeks for personalized orders.  If you have a deadline by which the package must arrive let me know.  With that information I can best accommodate your time frame and we can choose the best shipping option.

The pieces in your order will be individually packaged in a muslin gift bag or gift box with an artist card and if applicable, a description card.



We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. International orders are USPS only. Let us know if you need to make special arrangements for your package. Wholesale accounts: please be aware that you will be billed for shipping, regardless of any promotions currently running.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take several weeks. We are not responsible for any delays by destination country's customs clearance processes.


Merchandise may be sent back for exchange or store credit (less shipping charges) within 2 weeks of receipt. Items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Special orders and personalized items may not be returned.

Special Orders

We can usually accommodate special orders. Please contact us if you are interested in special ordering an option not shown on the website. Please keep in mind that special orders will take additional time.


We take pride in our work and want you to enjoy your purchase for many years to come. Because of the individual nature of each repair, there may be a charge for some items.


We welcome your wholesale inquiries. There is a $200 minimum opening order for gift stores and $150 minimum for Temple stores. There is no minimum on re-orders placed within a year of the first order. You will be billed for shipping charges regardless of any shipping promotions currently running. There is a $5 fee for drop shipping. Please contact us directly at contact@emilyrosenfeld.com to place a drop shipment order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders.
