Ordering

Your order will be individually packaged in a muslin gift bag or gift box with a biography card. Items usually ship within 2-5 business days. Please allow 2 weeks for personalized orders. We will let you know if an item you ordered is out of stock.

Shipping

We ship within the United States via UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Let us know if you need to make special arrangements for your package.

Returns

Merchandise may be sent back for exchange or store credit (less shipping charges) within 2 weeks of receipt. Items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Special orders and personalized items may not be returned.

Special Orders

We can usually accommodate special orders. Please contact us if you are interested in special ordering an option not shown on the website. Please keep in mind that special orders will take additional time and are not returnable.

Repairs

We take pride in our work and want you to enjoy your purchase for many years to come. Because of the individual nature of each repair, there may be a charge for some items.

Wholesale

We welcome your wholesale inquiries. There is a $200 minimum opening order for gift stores and $150 minimum for Temple stores. There is no minimum on re-orders placed within a year of the first order. Initial orders are payable by credit card with Net 30 for all subsequent orders. There is a $5 fee for drop shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Privacy

The personal information you provide when setting up an account and placing an order is for our use in processing your order only. We don’t disclose, sell or trade any of the personal information you provide to outside sources under any circumstances. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We use browser "cookies" only to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. Cookies on our site are not shared with or readable by other companies or websites.
